Government

Datafuel systems have been installed at a number of government facilities, with around 150 systems currently installed in local government.

A small council may only have a single bulk tank and pump that is used to fill equipment and small mobile tanks/trailers.

Larger councils may have one or more fixed tank facilities, a mobile fuel tanker, several smaller mobile tanks/trailers and occasional fuel card use.

Datafuel consoles can be installed at the fixed facilities both for fuel and in the workshop to control fuel and oil access. Mobile consoles can also be installed on mobile tankers with an RF link transferring data upon arrival at the depot. Data is transferred across Council network. Small tanks and tankers can have logbook data manually entered into the software. Fuelcard data can be electronically imported into the software.

Transaction and stock information can be consolidated and reports provided. Data can also be transferred to Councils back office administration systems.
